TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the following Terms and Conditions which apply to the Mount Romance Rewards Club.

GENERAL

1. Mount Romance Rewards Club and its benefits are offered at the discretion of Mt Romance Australia Pty Ltd, Mount Romance has the right to terminate or change the Mount Romance Rewards Club rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation or point allocation, at any time, with or without notice.
2. The Mount Romance Rewards Club is maintained for the benefit and participation of individual members only. Each member may maintain only one account.

EARNING & REDEEMING POINTS

3. Loyalty Points are automatically allocated to your account every time that you complete a purchase with us online, you earn 1 point for every $3.00 spent on product.
4. Points are valid on cash purchases only after discounts are applied.
5. No loyalty points will be accrued on purchases made with loyalty points or other discounts.
6. Reward Club points can only be redeemed online at www.mtromance.com.au. They are not valid in-store.
7. Loyalty Points can only be applied to the member’s Mount Romance Rewards Club account.
8. Each Loyalty Point accrued will expire 12 months after the date of invoice relating to those points.
9. Mount Romance will honour existing loyalty points for a period of 12 months after the date of the Mount Romance Rewards Club relaunch – 26th March 2013.
10. Accrued Loyalty Points do not constitute property of the member, and are not transferable (i) for cash, (ii) upon death, (iii) as part of a domestic relations matter, or (iv) otherwise by operation of law.
11. All Loyalty Points are valid for 12 months.
12. Loyalty Points cannot be used in conjunction with cash.
13. Loyalty Points cannot be used for Postage and Handling charges.
14. The number of points required to purchase a product is published here; www.mtromance.com.au/shoponline and recorded against each individual product.
