Deliveries Within Australia

Parcels including fragrance;

Within Australia, any parcels containing perfumes are sent by road transport as per Australia Post delivery guidelines. Delivery times reflect the distance the parcel travels and the remoteness of the location and you should allow up to 15 working days for delivery.

Parcels not including fragrance:

These parcels will be dispatched via normal Australia Post delivery channels and will generally go via air where  ever possible. Once again, delivery times reflect the remoteness of the location and we are unable to guarantee a definite delivery time.

Please keep these delivery times and guidellines in mind when ordering fragrances and /or other products for delivery for Valentine's Day - February 14th 2012.  We recommend you place your order as soon as possible for delivery prior to this date. Mount Romance cannot guarantee delivery before February 14th and take no responsibility for late delivery. However, we would recommend still allowing 15 working days within Australia for delivery on a specific date to avoid disappointment.
 

International Orders

International orders vary tremendously in delivery time but can be expected between 1-4 weeks of dispatch. If you require a more accurate estimate please contact our Customer Service Centre by fax (+61 8 9841 7100) or email (direct@mtromance.com.au).

Customs - When placing an international order for delivery to your home country, you must observe and apply its importation laws and tax requirements. Mount Romance cannot be held accountable for parcels stopped by Customs. Please check with your local authorities for any special requirements.
