Terms & Conditions – 12 Days of Christmas

This Competition has now closed. Thank you to all entrants and winners.

1. Competition opens on November 25th 2011. Entries will be accepted from this date until 12 midnight WST December 12th 2011 via the official entry form located on www.mtromance.com.au only.
2. The first winning entry will be determined on December 1st 2011. There will be one winner determined each day from December 1st to December 12th.
3. Each day’s winner will be determined by representatives of Mount Romance and no further correspondence will be entered into.
4. There is a limit of one entry per person, per day.
5. Entries are required to consist of 25 words or less, explaining, discussing or describing a Mount Romance product or experience.
6. Entrants must include a name, current email, phone number and delivery address on their entry form.
7. Winners will be contacted via phone or email and their prize will be delivered to them via mail. There is no guarantee given for pre-Christmas delivery.
8. There will be one prize awarded per day. Prizes will consist of one (1) of the twelve (12) pictured items on the website here which are currently featured in the 2011 Christmas Catalogue. There is no guarantee of which item each winner will be awarded, nor of its value. In the circumstance that a particular item is unavailable due to stock depletion, it will be substituted at the discretion of Mount Romance for another product of equal or greater retail value.
9. Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded for alternate products, credit or cash.
10. No responsibility is taken for inability to deliver prize due to incorrect address details provided.
11. Winners’ names will be published on our website www.mtromance.com.au along with the winning entry. By entering this competition you consent to us publishing your name and entry. Your comments may also be used for other marketing purposes.
12. Entrants who nominate that they are not currently members of Mount Romance may be contacted via email for the purpose of inviting them to become Mount Romance Loyalty Club members and enjoying further exclusive promotions and discounts. By entering this competition you consent to us contacting you via email for this purpose.
13. Competition closes midnight WST December 12th 2011.
