Ordering

Prices and products and delivery charges, and product and service availability are current at the time of issue but are subject to change at any time without notification. Your contract with Mount Romance is operable when Mount Romance advises that your order has been accepted and receipt of your payment is confirmed.

Delivery
Mount Romance endeavours to fulfil its commitment to the stated delivery schedule but cannot guarantee to meet scheduled delivery times on all occasions. Delivery times are indicative only and Mount Romance does not accept any liability for failure to meet scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.

Mount Romance will in no circumstances, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any damages or loss whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, punitive, special, or consequential. Nor will Mount Romance be liable for any loss of profits that are directly or indirectly related to the use of, or the inability to use, the Mount Romance Website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or that such damages were foreseeable.

Where Mount Romance is unable to exclude liability for breach of Terms and Conditions of any implied warranty by virtue of any statute, then its liability shall be limited to any one or more of the following:

If the breach relates to products:
1. the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
2. the repair of the goods;
3. the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or
4. the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.
If the breach relates to services supplied or offered:
1. the supplying of the services again; or
2. the payment of the cost of having these services supplied again.

Warning: it is an offence to sell or supply liqour to a person under the age of 18 years from a licenced or regulated premises or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or attempt to purchase liquor from a licenced or regulated premises.

Exchange Policy
In the event that you have made the wrong selection or have been sent the wrong item, Mount Romance is happy to exchange your purchase. Simply return the item in the box it was delivered in and include an indication of the item for which it should be exchanged. If the amount of the exchange varies from the original product you will be required to pay the difference.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or is faulty please notify our Customer Service Centre immediately on 1300 362 132 within Australia or +61 8 98456811 for international callers. You may choose to fax (+61 8 9841 7100) or email us (direct@mtromance.com.au) with any complaint. Damaged or faulty goods will be promptly replaced, exchanged or a full refund issued.

All damaged and faulty goods can be sent back free of charge (within Australia) by using the Reply Paid address which can obtained from our Customer Service Centre on 1300 362 132.
