Terms and Conditions

1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.

2 To enter you must be a new customer who Subscribes to the email newsletter via the website Contact Us page http://www.mtromance.com.au/contact-us/. Participants will be required to provide their details, including but not limited to their own name, telephone number and email address and nominate to receive offers and news via email. Incomplete or illegible entries will be ineligible. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3 Employees and their immediate families of Mount Romance Australia and their associated agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible.

4 The competition commences on the first day of each month at 12.00am WAST and concludes on the last day of the month at midnight.

5 Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be transferred for cash.

6 The entries will be drawn by the promoter on the first business day after the conclusion of the promotional period at Mt Romance Australia, Lot 2 Down Road, Albany WA 6330. The first legible and complete entry to be drawn from the entry box will be declared the winner.

7 If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the promoter will modify or suspend the competition as they see fit.

8 The winners will be notified through one of the following media: email, telephone, mail.

9 Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the promoter and are correct at the time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars and include GST.

10 All entries become the property of the promoter. All entries will be entered into a data base and the promoter may use the entrant’s names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.

11 Prizes are as follows: 1 winner will receive a Fragrant Gift Pack – Total $65.55 (including 1 x Large Sandalwood Candle, Sandalwood Body Splash 100mL, Sandalwood Hand and Body Lotion 200mL, gift boxed)

12 Please note that only one entry into this draw is allowed. Members who are found to have more than one Mount Romance account at the time of the prize draw are ineligible to win.
