Our Parent - TFS Corporation
TFS Corporation is the parent company of Mount Romance.
As the world's leading grower of Indian Sandalwood (Santalum album) TFS Corporation holds a strong position in the global Sandalwood industry. This proudly Western Australian company is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX – Code TFC) and currently manages over 5,000 hectares of sandalwood plantations in the Kimberley region of Western Australia.
Sustainability is an important part of the TFS business model. TFS works towards best practice in climate, community & biodiversity to deliver long-term returns to investors, the company and the globe.
The Kununurra plantations* have ISO accreditation (14,001 Environment, 9,001 Quality and 4,801 Quality, Health & Safety) and in 2006 TFS won the WA Rural and Remote Water award for a water recycling inititave.
Together TFS and Mount Romance have over 10 years of experience in both the cultivation of Indian Sandalwood and the distillation of WA Sandalwood oil making them leaders in the global Sandalwood industry – from soil to oil.
