These unique wines are infused using the finest raw Australian Sandalwood, in a similar way to the traditional oaking process used to enhance flavour in wines produced in Australia and America.

We present to you a selection of blends in which Australian Sandalwood produces a new dimension of complexity without dominating the natural character of the wine. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

• Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot 2003 - A subtle infusion of mystical Australian Sandalwood imparts a delicate, creamy note to ripe berry and plum notes, offering a unique perspective. The palate is full and long, with light tannins that linger in the mouth.
