RIESLING

A lively, fragrant Riesling, typical of the outstanding wines produced in the cool climate region of the Great Southern's Porongurup Ranges. A subtle infusion of mystical Australian Sandalwood imparts a delicate yet distinctive note to fresh citrus and tropical fruits creating a deliciously balanced, medium sweet wine. SAUVIGNON BLANC / VERDELHO

An opulent blend revealing classic, cool climate characteristics of grapes harvested from the Porongurup ranges in Western Australia's great southern region. A subtle infusion of mystical Australian Sandalwood imparts a delicate woody note to compliment citrus and tropical fruit and lively herbaceous flavours with a hint of natural sweetness.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Southern Flame 2006
CABERNET FRANC / CABERNET SAUVIGNON

A dry, medium to firm bodied red, typical of the character and style of Western Australia's great southern region. A subtle infusion of mystical Australian Sandalwood imparts creaminess to floral aromas and lush red and small black berry fruits. Fine tannins and a sophisticated oak integration round off a well structured palate. (2005 vintage also available).
